NEOM announced a new regional development called Xaynor in northwest Saudi Arabia. Xaynor will be a beachfront private members club. This new development will include private pools, beachside lounges, gourmet dining, a signature entertainment venue, and a world-class spa and wellness center.

“Xaynor’s secluded seafront location offers a discreet destination where club members can unwind on the Gulf of Aqaba’s beautiful unspoiled coastline. With its striking architectural design and thoughtfully curated interior, Xaynor elevates comfort and sophistication, creating an environment primed for leisure, relaxation, entertainment, and conversation,” stated the press release.

Visitors to Xaynor are welcomed by a canopy entrance that blends with the environment, leading to the beach. The design offers hidden sanctuaries and open areas, providing guests with the option of seclusion or socializing.

Xaynor offers coastal luxury at its finest, featuring private pools, beachside lounges, gourmet dining, an entertainment venue, and a world-class spa and wellness center.

This new development follows recent announcements of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, and Zardun, which are part of NEOM’s sustainable tourism destinations in the flagship region.
