Introduction to AI-Driven Retail Architecture: From Animation to Construction:

This workshop teaches architects and designers how to integrate the latest, most relevant AI tools into 3D retail workflows to design stores, supermarkets, product displays, pop-ups, and commercial stands.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of professional retail design in 3D, how to generate AI-based assets for commercial environments, and how to apply cutting-edge AI techniques for conceptualization, post-production, and animation in retail architecture.

AI 3D Retail Architecture Design is a comprehensive, hands-on experience designed for architects and designers, especially those accustomed to residential design, who want to enter the world of commercial and retail architecture with next-generation AI tools.

Methodology:

In this workshop, participants will learn how to design commercial environments such as stores, supermarkets, retail displays, and exhibition stands, integrating AI into every stage of the workflow: conceptual design, 3D modeling, texturing, post-production, and professional-grade animation.

This workshop utilizes tools such as Midjourney 7.0, Meshy AI, Tripo 3D, Rodin, Hitem 3D, Nano Banana Pro, Kling AI, Rendair, and traditional 3D applications (3Ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Maya).

You will master a hybrid workflow that merges high-level retail design principles with AI-accelerated production pipelines.

Whether you work in architecture, interior design, commercial environments, or brand experiences, this workshop will teach you to transform retail concepts into immersive, emotionally engaging visual stories crafted for clients, stakeholders, and professional presentations.

Welcome to the new era where AI and retail architecture merge to reshape brand spaces.

This intensive hands-on workshop combines guided instruction, real-time practice, and project-based learning.

Participants will experience a complete end-to-end retail design workflow using real retail assets and scenes, while experimenting with:

  • Midjourney 7.0 for conceptual generation
  • Meshy AI, Tripo 3D, Rodin, Hitem 3D for rapid 3D asset creation
  • Blender, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or preferred 3D tool
  • Nano Banana Pro for post-production
  • Kling AI, Rendair, Veo for animation
  • ChatGPT for ideation, troubleshooting, and design assistance

Each session progressively builds from foundation to concept to 3D to post-production to animation, enabling participants to complete a full AI retail architecture pipeline.

Key Learning Topics:

  • Fundamentals of Retail Architecture Design
  • Professional 3D Retail Modeling
  • Midjourney 7.0 for Conceptual Retail Design
  • AI-Generated 3D Assets and Scenes for Commercial Environments
  • Advanced AI Post-Production for Retail Renderings
  • AI Image Enhancement & Upscaling
  • AI Animation: image-to-video, video-to-video, start and end frames & upscaling
  • Bonus: AI Sketching for Retail Architecture: plans, elevations, diagrams, and technical sketching with AI
