Kalbod Studio has unveiled a concept design for NEOM Airport City, which is a project aimed at connecting NEOM cities with the rest of the world. According to the studio, Neom Airport responds to the region’s communication needs by engaging in strategic dialogue with the Saudi Line. This creates a symbiotic relationship focused on accessibility and economic integration.
This concept places great emphasis on Saudi Arabia’s culture and tourism strategies, making it a tourist destination. In addition to architectural features, the project features a wide array of museums, galleries, and exhibition spaces. To further enhance its appeal, the development also includes an international airport.
“Positioned as a comprehensive hub, Neom Airport City is poised to meet the diverse needs of the Neom area, facilitating seamless global connectivity at the highest standards. As an integral piece in the puzzle of Saudi Arabia’s megaproject, this airport is set to play a transformative role in the emergence of this new city,” states Kalbod Design Studio.
Lately, NEOM announced Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Aquellam, and Norlana, which are also located in the Gulf of Aqaba.
