Digital Membership Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the user (“Member”) and Parametric-Architecture.com (“Company” or “We”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the Member’s use of the Digital Membership services of the Company.
1. Services
By purchasing a Digital Membership from Parametric-Architecture.com, the Member will have access to the following benefits:
- The ad-free browsing experience on the website.
- Early and discounted (15% off) access to PAACADEMY’s workshops.
- Exclusive offers during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other special days.
- Access to special events is available only for Digital Members.
- Access to all previous member-only workshops, courses, and events.
- A weekly premium newsletter.
- Unlimited access to articles and premium content at Parametric-Architecture.com.
- Access to the Member-Only Discord channel.
- Connect with a community of computational designers on Discord.
- Premium support about our services on Discord.
2. Payment and Invoicing
Upon purchasing a Digital Membership, the Member agrees to pay the applicable fees. The Member can access an electronic invoice for the payment by visiting this page.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the services and content provided, parametric-architecture.com maintains a strict no-refund policy for all membership levels.
- Immediate Consumption of Services: Our platform offers instant access to live courses, digital workshops, video content, and other resources. As these materials can be consumed within a matter of hours, there’s no feasible way to ensure that a member hasn’t benefited from our content once accessed.
- Intangible Nature of Services: Digital content, once accessed or consumed, cannot be returned. Given that we cannot reclaim or verify the non-use of our content, it renders refunds infeasible.
- Protection of Intellectual Property: To protect our intellectual property, proprietary information, and the interests of our content creators and partners, we uphold this no-refund policy rigorously.
- Failure to cancel: A refund will not be provided if you do not cancel the membership before the next billing cycle.
- Discontent: Being discontent with any of the membership services or content does not qualify for a refund.
3.2 Cancellation
Members have the right to cancel their Digital Membership at any time. To cancel, Members must do so by visiting this page. Following successful cancellation:
- The Member will not be billed for the subsequent billing period.
- The cancelled membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing Members to continue enjoying membership benefits until that date.
- No pro-rata refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused portions of annual memberships.
3.3 Recurring Billing
Members acknowledge that the Digital Membership may come with recurring billing. Members will be automatically billed for the membership renewal unless they cancel before the start of the next billing cycle.
3.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the Company will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails, the Digital Membership may be suspended until payment is successfully received. The Company is not responsible for any fees or charges Members incur due to failed payments.
3.5 Changes in Price
The Company reserves the right to change the Digital Membership price. Members will be notified of any price changes and can cancel their membership before any price changes take effect.
3.6 Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional circumstances, the Company may consider refund requests. These will be assessed case-by-case and are at the Company’s sole discretion.

5. Terms of Use and Privacy
Members are required to comply with the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when using the services and accessing the content provided.

- Data Protection: The Company values and respects the privacy of its Members. All data is collected, stored, and processed by prevailing data protection laws.
- All data are stored on our own servers and not shared with third-party companies.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement or the Member’s use of or inability to use the services.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will be posted on the website.
9. Acceptance of the Agreement
By purchasing a Digital Membership, the Member agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
