This whole concrete building will serve as a residence, hotel, and office in one. Its novelty and mixed-use approach are symbolic of modern and future trends in sustainable urban development-to provide a versatile solution to meet the needs of both residents and businesses alike. The multifunctional building will be an exciting space with different activities, creating the spirit of community and integrating work with living.

This is going to be an iconic building once completed; it will be a site of Rizhao’s architectural revolution, a sign of modernization, and a desire to seek world recognition. This commanding presence will surely attract tourists and investors alike, but at the same time, it promises a world-class setting to its people, both living and working. The Rizhao Center catches the eye with its great height, material composition, and functionality, making it an architectural wonder.
