Mercedes-Benz collaborated with Binghatti Properties to build a supertall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is officially named Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai; the 65-floor structure will reach 341 meters.

As we can see from the rendered image, the building will have a curving roofline, and the facade will feature the automotive company’s logo.

Britta Seeger, a Mercedes-Benz Group AG board member, states, “With Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are transcending the automotive realm to craft extraordinary brand experiences. Partnering with Binghatti, who boasts extensive expertise in real estate development, is an ideal match for us. Our inaugural branded residential tower aims to establish novel, coveted grounds that encapsulate our brand’s essence, providing our patrons with a sanctuary to arrive, unwind, and truly call home.”

Muhammed Binghatti states, “We are thrilled to collaborate with Mercedes-Benz, an iconic name, to actualize the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence. Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai transcends being merely a real estate development; it is poised to prioritize community and mobility, setting a new benchmark for intelligent living.”

Further details will be announced on January 24, 2024, during a launch event in Dubai.
