The MoLo, or Mobility and Logistic hub, is a new entryway located along the western perimeter of the Milano Innovation District. MAD Architects, led by Ma Yansong, designed the MoLo project in partnership with Open Project, Progeca, and architect Andrea Nonni. MoLo is 68,700 square meters in area and 28.5 meters tall and houses many facilities. The MoLo, which combines architecture and environment, serves as a welcome entry and a venue for teaching about mobility-related concerns. Visitors may leave their cars and walk around the neighborhood to learn about cutting-edge transportation technologies.

Also, An adequate supply of renewable energy for the neighborhood will be provided by a photovoltaic field of panels covering more than 8,000 square meters on the top surfaces. And will be created in compliance with the LEED green building certification program and erected within a prefabricated concrete frame using the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) process.
