The supertall Six Senses Residences, designed by Woods Bagot and architecturally led by WSP Middle East, is located in Dubai Marina with a stunning view of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Harbor Beachfront. Once completed, it will be the world’s tallest residential tower in mid-2028. This project is a collaboration with UAE-based real estate developers Select Group, and the interiors are designed by Mitchell & Eades.

“Having had the opportunity to bring our first project on the Palm into fruition with Select Group, this residential community is the next step in appealing to Dubai’s wellness-conscious community,” said Six Senses CEO Neil Jacobs. “Spearheading the residential wellness market, I am excited about the sheer breadth of wellness offerings layered into the masterplan as we evolve our thinking from places where people would like to stay to places that nurture the way they want to live.”

Additionally, duplex and triplex Sky Mansions range from 8,997 square feet (835.90 square meters) to 14,102 square feet (1,310.18 square meters), providing access to luxury amenities designed to enhance longevity, wellness, and human connection. These amenities include a residents’ lounge, meeting rooms, a study area, a games room, a cinema, and an outdoor gym. Each level is also focused on longevity, wellness, and human connection.
