Danube Properties has unveiled Viewz, its largest real estate project, a pair of twin high-rise towers that, when completed, will house apartments and Sky Villas worth more than $381 million.

Viewz developed by Danube Properties is a new residential development in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, that offers luxury studios, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom sky villas. Viewz by Danube is a multi-building complex planned for JLT Cluster K, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.

Danube Properties’ project, which was launched in collaboration with Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) master developer DMCC, will redefine luxury living through Aston Martin furnished interior common areas and amenities.

Viewz’s homes will all be smart homes with sustainable features. The project features energy-efficient automatic lighting, water-saving systems, and an environmentally friendly, futuristic design with an LED lighting façade.

Viewz homes include a well-equipped health club and gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, party hall, kids’ area, kids’ daycare/nanny on board, electric car charging point, shallow pool, kids pool, toddlers splash pad, jacuzzi, water lounge and more.

Two sky bridges will connect the two iconic towers. “Viewz will not only redefine luxury living but will also be remembered for being the first Aston Martin furnished project in this part of the world,” Mr. Rizwan Sajan, Founder, and Chairman of Danube Group.
