DAMAC Properties, a real estate company based in the United Arab Emirates, is preparing to announce the opening of Canal Heights, its latest tower project, in Dubai.

Canal Heights, the latest offering from DAMAC Properties, is a stunning 44-story skyscraper that follows the developer’s spectacular CHIC skyscraper debut. The exteriors of the skyscraper were created by Swiss jewelers de GRISOGONO.

The rooms are adorned with sparkling textures and beautiful designs that evoke the shine of a pearl. In addition, the tower’s proximity to the city’s well-known financial and commercial sectors makes it a perfect alternative for anyone seeking luxury waterfront living.

The project incorporates nature-inspired designs in collaboration with the Swiss luxury jewelry company de GRISOGONO. The project includes studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments with panoramic views of the bustling Business Bay district and Sheikh Zayed Road.
