Introduction to Architectural Intelligence: From Prompt to Concept with Snaptrude AI:

This workshop is for students and designers who want to create clean, stylized 3D visuals quickly. This intensive workshop reveals how Snaptrude’s intelligent design tools can transform your workflow from concept to presentation. Learn to use AI-powered features for faster, smarter design processes that actually work.

Module 1: Introduction and Snaptrude AI Mode: Start Smarter

Learn how to go from a simple text prompt to a working building concept. Explore techniques for refining prompts, ensuring compliance, adjacency planning, and testing layouts. Participants will experiment with multiple iterations, learn prompting best practices, and generate varied outputs.

Module 2: Snaptrude Design Mode: Taking Control & Designing

Move beyond AI-mode into Snaptrude Design Mode, where participants will begin detailed design using Snaptrude’s powerful tools. This workshop will teach you how to navigate and model effectively, refine area planning and adjacencies, and apply advanced features such as sunlight analysis, toposolid imports, and refine exterior facades.

Module 3: Snaptrude Program Mode and BIM Mode: Design meets Data

With Snaptrude’s Program Mode, participants will learn advanced skills on how to structure and manage live-linked tables with departments, spaces, and area targets. With BIM mode, they will learn how to transition sketches and massing into fully developed BIM models, along with advanced features on using room templates for rapid iteration and adding furniture from libraries.

Module 4: Snaptrude Presentation Mode (Program to Proposal)

This module focuses on transforming design outputs into compelling client presentations. Participants will learn to create renders and walkthroughs, auto-generate diagrams and inspirations, and integrate program data, analysis, and design into a cohesive client presentation ready for delivery.

Methodology:

We will adopt a hands-on, project-based learning approach tailored for architects and designers who want to integrate AI seamlessly into their workflows.

While each module provides a structured framework, participants will have the freedom to experiment with prompts, design strategies, and presentation techniques that align with their own project interests.

The workflow is designed to move progressively from AI-assisted ideation to detailed design, data structuring, BIM integration, and final client presentations.

Each step builds on the previous one, ensuring participants develop both confidence and fluency in moving across Snaptrude’s modes. Collaborative discussions, peer feedback, and guided Q&A sessions will reinforce key concepts and best practices.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained practical experience in transforming their work into compelling client-ready deliverables.
