Apple’s big showcase on September 9, 2025, was a tech lover’s dream. The company disclosed a wave of new products, sleeker iPhones, smarter watches, and earbuds with surprising new tricks. If you didn’t catch the event live, don’t worry. Here’s a full breakdown of everything Apple dropped on stage.

iPhone Lineup: From the 17 to the Ultra-Slim Air

iPhone 17

Stepping up from its predecessor, the iPhone 17 “Standard” delivers a brighter, supremely smooth new 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display that is brighter, smoother with 120Hz ProMotion, and less glare-prone thanks to the updated Ceramic Shield 2. Inside, the new A19 chip boosts performance and stretches battery life up to 30 hours of video playback, about 8 more than the iPhone 16.

The camera setup is equally impressive: dual 48MP Fusion lenses. One doubles as a 2× telephoto, while the other is an ultra-wide that excels at macros and sweeping landscape shots.

It comes in five colors: black, lavender, mist blue, sage, and white, starting at $799, now with a doubled base storage of 256GB.

iPhone Air

The surprise star of the event was the iPhone Air, Apple’s thinnest phone ever at just 5.6 mm. Crafted from Grade-5 titanium, it feels feather-light yet rugged. The 6.5-inch display can crank up to 3000 nits, making it one of the brightest smartphone screens to date.

Its 6.5-inch display shines bright at 3000 nits, and under the hood sits the powerhouse A19 Pro, alongside Apple’s new N1 (Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6) and the energy-thrifty C1X modem. The cameras include a 48MP Fusion Main lens and an 18MP front camera with “Dual Capture,” which records front and back video at once.

The Air starts at $999, with preorders opening September 12 and shipping September 19. Available in space black, cloud white, light gold, and sky blue.

iPhone 17 Pro & Pro Max

These are the phones for creators and power users. Built around the same A19 Pro chip as the Air, these Pro models pack a thermally efficient vapor-chamber cooling system embedded in an aluminum unibody, Apple’s boldest redesign to keep the performance blazing and battery life soaring.

The triple-lens camera system is basically a portable studio:

  • 48MP Main
  • 48MP Ultra Wide
  • 48MP Telephoto with 8× optical zoom

Add in ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2, and even genlock support, and filmmakers now have tools that used to require expensive cinema rigs.

Both sides are shielded with Ceramic Shield 2 for extra crack resistance. The Pro starts at $1,099, while the Pro Max starts at $1,199 and even comes with a 2TB storage option. Colors include deep blue, cosmic orange, and silver.

Apple Watch: Three New Models Target Every Wrist

Apple Watch Series 11

The Apple Watch Series 11 iteration honors what matters: durability, health insights, and connectivity. The Ion-X glass screen is now twice as scratch-resistant, the battery lasts 24 hours, and fast charging delivers eight hours with just a 15-minute top-up. It adds hypertension notifications and a sleep score, alongside 5G support.

Apple Watch SE 3

Like the Series 11, the SE 3 leaps with its always-on display, S10 chip, sunken pricing ($249), and new sleep and temperature sensing, plus gestures (double-tap, wrist-flick) and 5G—they really squeezed premium tech into this entry-level model.

Apple Watch Ultra 3

Built for adventure: top-tier battery life (up to 42 hours and up to 72 hours in low-power mode), 5G, satellite SOS, and the largest screen to date with thinner bezels and brighter OLED tech. It also includes hypertension alerts, sleep insights, and ultra-precise GPS, plus apps like offline maps, dive computer functionality, and tide tracking for the explorer in you. Priced at $799, available September 19.

AirPods Pro 3: Next-Level Earbuds

Audio and health merge in these earbuds. The new AirPods Pro 3 offer up to 2× better ANC than the previous generation, enhanced fit with foam-infused tips, and IP57 water/sweat resistance. For the first time, they monitor heart rate during workouts and integrate with the iPhone’s Fitness app. They also bring Live Translation, a game-changer for multilingual conversations. Battery life stretches to up to 8 hours per charge, a notable 33% bump.

Apple’s September 9 event dropped a heavy dose of innovation across its lineup, from the slimmest iPhones and cinema-grade video tools to smartwatches that monitor blood pressure and truly wireless earbuds that translate in real time. Whether you’re a creative pro, fitness fiend, or just an everyday user who loves premium gear, there’s something here that pushes the envelope, sometimes literally, like that 5.6 mm iPhone Air.
