World's First Football-Branded Residence Launched by Chelsea FC in Dubai

Chelsea Football Club has revealed the idea of creating the very first football-themed residential skyscraper situated in Dubai. Chelsea FC’s president of commercials, Todd Kline, had said the partnership with DAMAC was to develop an exciting chapter for Chelsea by integrating the sports spirit in the real estate world. The multi-residential skyscraper features a rooftop football pitch recognized as the first unique architecture of its kind by DAMAC, a property development company in Dubai. The 130-metre-high skyscraper situated in the Maritime City of Dubai is situated amidst the views of the Arabian Gulf.

The 130-metre-high residential skyscraper housing 1400 homes is considered a unique tower featuring not only a rooftop football pitch but also an athlete performance centre, private cinema, aquarium lounge, and Chelsea sports bar. According to DAMAC the Chelsea FC aimed to create a residential tower that boasts of design for an “Ultimate branded living experience.” The Chelsea Residences in collaboration with DAMAC have designed the skyscrapers as a real estate opportunity, that allows buyers and fans a chance to be a part of Chelsea’s legacy in a distinctive way.

The residential skyscrapers consists of four distinctively designed skyscrapers marking Chelsea FC’s first branded residential project. One of the towers features a rooftop football pitch with Chelsea FC influence, and other residential towers are equipped with sports bars, private cinemas, etc.

The 1400 residences are designed among all four towers of the skyscraper; flats will be split across into one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, creating the ultimate living experience for its residents. The towers are also known to house world-class sports facilities such as cryotherapy centres, aerial yoga studios, forest relaxation pods, etc.

The real estate opportunity is considered to be the first of its kind with a wonderful residential opportunity for its buyers who strive for quality and exclusivity in their living experiences. The project being a part of the global city in luxury real estate will set a new benchmark for branded luxury living through Chelsea and DAMAC’s collaboration.

The luxurious skyscraper complex features Chelsea branding that includes the distinctive blue lion on its front façade, with branded entrance, swimming pools, etc. The blue lion statue of the FC will be situated in front of all four towers, each tower integrating blue details. The Official website is yet to unveil its several state-of-the-art facilities through their striking designs, stay tuned to their website for an official release of the project.
