Distant Sales Agreement

This Distant Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Parametric Architecture LLC (“PA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Buyer (“you”, “your”) who purchases digital products, memberships, or services from https://parametric-architecture.com/. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

• Buyer: Any individual or entity purchasing from our website

• Products: Digital content, PA+ Memberships, online courses, workshops, event registrations, or any other items offered on our platform

2. General Provisions

• This Agreement applies to all purchases made remotely via our website.

• By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

• PA reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

3. Order & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

• Orders are processed automatically upon successful payment.

• The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing and personal information.

• PA reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

3.2 Payment Methods

• Payments are securely processed via credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other available methods.

• By purchasing, you authorize PA to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

3.3 Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are displayed in EUR/USD and do not include VAT unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital content, courses, and PA+ Membership access are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

• Buyers receive access credentials via email or through their account dashboard.

• PA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or payment processing issues.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Products & Memberships

• No refunds are issued for digital content, PA+ Memberships, or downloadable products once access has been granted.

• Refunds may be considered only if technical issues prevent access to purchased content.

5.2 Online Courses & Workshops

• Refund requests for workshops or live courses must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course start date.

• If a workshop is canceled or rescheduled, customers may opt for a refund or credit transfer.

6. Consumer Rights & Legal Compliance

• This Agreement complies with GDPR (for EU residents) and CCPA (for California residents).

• Buyers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.

• Data processing and protection measures are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

• PA is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment providers or incorrect user actions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
