Sales have officially launched for the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, a partnership between Terra and co-developer Lion Development Group. The 48-story residential tower marks the first-ever residential building for Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The building, designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by the acclaimed design studio Yabu Pushelberg, will feature 329 condominium residences and about 2,500 square meters of retail space on the ground floor.

“Miami Tropic represents a longtime dream of mine to open residences that blend my culinary passions with my interest in creating lifestyle spaces,” said Jean-Georges Vongerichten. “We are proud to partner with David Martin on this new venture, whose expertise we value very much, and look forward to collaborating once again with Yabu Pushelberg to bring our first residences to life.”

David Martin, the Chief Executive Officer of Terra, addressed the project as the amalgamation of tropical Miami with urbane sophistication. “Miami Tropic Residences provide an unbeatable amenity set for residents, beautifully designed, and gastronomically displayed in the heart of Miami’s cultural epicenters. With its premier location offering walking-distance proximity to leading neighborhoods like Wynwood and Midtown, the city’s next residents will enjoy a lifestyle that intertwines convenience, art, culture, and cosmo-living.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Jean-Georges and look forward to introducing a first-of-its-kind lifestyle offering which celebrates the tropical living of South Florida while creating a true cosmopolitan experience at the center of Miami’s cultural hub,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Miami Tropic residents will enjoy exceptional amenities, design and culinary experiences at their fingertips in addition to walkable, convenient access to Miami’s most distinctive and desirable neighborhoods.”

Interior and Exterior Amenities

The building will be complete with over 3,800 square meters of interior and exterior amenities focused on wellness, socializing, and entertainment. Primary attractions will include abc kitchens by Jean-Georges, a combination of his two award-winning plant-based restaurant concepts. In addition to the high level of craftsmanship and finishes, the property offers resort services, gardens beautifully landscaped, and spaces to relax or entertain in privacy or with friends in vibrant style.

“It has been a joyful, collaborative journey working with Terra and Jean-Georges,” shared Glenn Pushelberg, co-founder of Yabu Pushelberg. “Having lived in Miami, we’ve witnessed the Design District’s dynamic transformation firsthand. We are inspired to contribute to this pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with Miami Tropic where the city’s lush, tropical environment blends with its vibrant culture,” added George Yabu, co-founder of Yabu Pushelberg.

Arquitectonica’s architecture, in tandem with Yabu Pushelberg’s interior design, fuses the kinetic energy of urban sophistication with the serenity of tropical natural beauty. The building’s sustainable design incorporates lush landscaping, while the focus of the interiors is on natural materials, rich textures, and playful touches of bold color. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood each residence with natural light, and each feels organically linked to the outdoors. Situated in the heart of the Design District, residences stay plugged into the latest in luxury retail, dining, and cultural attractions-the perfect place to call home for anyone who desires the ultimate in Miami living.
