In a major update, global architect Chapman Taylor has progressed to the construction stage for the Saadiyat Beach District Residences project, which is part of the Saadiyat Island Masterplan for Nael & Bin Harmel.

The waterfront project near Abu Dhabi’s urban center will be offering world-class luxury to a waterfront community along the island’s natural beauty. Per reports, the Saadiyat Beach District Residences will provide an array of residential choices of apartments, townhouses, and villas.

As per the plans, the occupants will enjoy a luxury beachfront lifestyle which will have private beach accessibility, southeast views of the mangroves, and northwest vistas over Saadiyat Beach. Moreover, in the hope of bringing an immersive experience to the waterfront community, the project is placed in the vicinity of the island’s north beach and connects to Abu Dhabi’s eastern city districts. Global architect, Chapman Taylor contributes immensely to the Saadiyat Beach District Residences project in making it a world-class residential-led mixed-use project. Along with the residential option, it will be accompanied by 14,000m2 of community retail space, creating a hub for dining, shopping, and leisure.

As reported, Chapman Taylor’s contribution to design will feature a contemporary Islamic architectural style, that also integrates the best of community amenities and accessibility to nature such as nearby beaches and mangroves.
