Introduction to Responsive Architectural Presentations with AI:

Welcome to Responsive Architectural Presentations with AI, an intensive 2-day live workshop designed to bridge the gap between isolated AI image generation and cohesive visual storytelling. Led by Eva Norte, this course teaches you how to seamlessly connect ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Luma AI to translate early-stage design concepts into structured prompts, high-quality architectural images, and refined video sequences.

At the end of our 2 days together, you will walk away with an interactive architectural document that compiles your AI-generated imagery, a 3×3 visual storyboard, and a short architectural video into one professional web deliverable. You will be able to apply this exact, repeatable workflow to your own practice, turning initial project briefs into striking digital deliverables that elevate your design pitches.

Methodology:

This workshop explores how architects can move beyond generating random, disconnected AI images to develop a highly controlled, interconnected visual narrative. The process begins with ChatGPT to structure project briefs, which are then fed into Midjourney to generate high-quality anchor images exploring materials, lighting, and spatial atmosphere.

Once an anchor image is established, you will use Luma AI to generate consistent alternative viewpoints and organize your frames into a cohesive storyboard. Finally, these stills are transformed into fluid video sequences, and the entire visual journey is packaged into a polished, interactive document to elevate your design pitches.

You will:

  • Develop robust architectural concepts and structured prompts using ChatGPT.
  • Generate and refine high-quality architectural visualizations in Midjourney.
  • Utilize Luma AI to maintain architectural consistency across multiple viewpoints.
  • Transform selected still frames into refined architectural videos.
  • Compile all visual assets (storyboards, images, and videos) into a final interactive deliverable.

Program:

Day 1: From Architectural Concept to AI Imagery:
AI Workflows: Introduction to ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Luma AI integration.
Concept Development: Use ChatGPT to develop design descriptions and effective image prompts.
Visualization Generation: Generate interior/exterior concepts and select a primary anchor image in Midjourney.
Image Refinement: Edit images, modify materials, and maintain design consistency using Luma Layers.
Consistent Viewpoints: Generate alternative architectural angles based on your selected anchor image.
Assignment: Generate one architectural image in Midjourney and create two variations using Luma.

Day 2: From Visual Storytelling to Interactive HTML:
Narrative Building: Review Day 1 assignments and introduce visual storytelling principles.
Storyboarding: Use ChatGPT and Luma to construct a structured 3×3 visual storyboard.
Image-to-Video Animation: Master camera movements and animate architectural scenes using Luma.
Interactive Board Assembly: Compile your AI visuals, storyboards, and video sequences into a final interactive document.
Final Review: Review your fully functional interactive web deliverable.
Assignment: Create a short architectural narrative and compose it into your final interactive deliverable.

Workshop Notes:

  • Luma AI is not mandatory. You can use a similar node-based AI image generation tool if you prefer, but the course will be taught using Luma AI, so we’ll follow that workflow during the sessions.

Instructor:

Eva Norte

Eva is an Architectural Designer and Architectural Technologist based in London, working within the Mission Critical sector on large-scale architectural and data centre developments. Her professional work combines architectural design, BIM, Revit, technical coordination, visualisation, and the development of digital workflows. Alongside architectural practice, she explores how emerging AI tools can support architectural communication and design workflows while maintaining the identity of the original design. Her current work focuses on ChatGPT-assisted prompting, Luma AI, AI storyboards, cinematic image-to-video workflows, and AI-assisted architectural applications using tools such as Astra and Revit. Her approach is based on moving beyond isolated AI generations and creating repeatable systems that can be tested, refined, saved, and applied across different architectural projects.
