One London is a new landmark tower designed by Eric Parry Architects, offering approximately 154,000 sqm of best-in-class commercial space at the centre of the Eastern City Cluster.

The consented scheme introduces publicly accessible spaces throughout the building, an enhanced public realm, and industry-leading sustainability credentials.
Height, Vision, and City Impact
On completion, the building will become the tallest in the City of London and the joint tallest in Western Europe at 309.6m AOD, matching The Shard.

It will provide nearly 13% of the City of London’s identified office space requirement, aligning with the City Plan 2040 and its long-term demand for major new office development.
Public Spaces and Cultural Experience
At the top of One London, Europe’s highest publicly accessible viewing gallery, will offer panoramic views across the capital.

The tower will also include a world-leading educational space curated by the London Museum, allowing children and families to explore London’s geography and history through immersive learning.
Gardens and Enhanced Public Spaces
The building features a free-to-access elevated public garden on the 11th floor, designed with SLA, offering views of St Paul’s Cathedral, 30 St Mary Axe, and the Lloyd’s building.

At ground level, the scheme enhances St Helen’s Square with biodiverse landscaping, a large public screen, flexible event space, and the creation of a Square as a quieter, landscaped public space.
