Burberry and Minecraft have collaborated to release a collection of in-game clothes, a playable Burberry x Minecraft universe. “Burberry: Freedom to Go Beyond” is the luxury British fashion house’s first collaboration with a video game for a digital collection.

Minecraft previously collaborated with Puma, Sonic the Hedgehog, Major League Baseball, Batman, and many other companies.

Here’s what the website says about the exciting collaboration:

“The Burberry x Minecraft in-game adventure is a fast-paced journey into the unknown that allows the player to explore four treacherous domains. Featuring 15 downloadable skins based on fashion, fantasy, and adventure, the game reimagines journeys into nature through the power of adventure.”

Players can choose from five different outfits, including plain white T-shirts, checked scarves, Burberry logo sweaters, and knee-length skirts, among other things.

Digital versions of each user that can be customized with clothes and accessories – can wear the garments in-game.

“Burberry: Freedom to Go Beyond takes inspiration from Burberry’s pioneering heritage and reimagines journeys into nature through the power of adventure,” noted Burberry’s website.

Customers can also buy physical items from the collection, such as the Waterloo Trench Coat, logo-print sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, and scarves, from the Burberry website, in a move described by the brand as “bridging the digital and physical worlds.”
