Shenzhen Tower C, part of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, is advancing steadily on site. Recent updates confirm that the north and south bridge structures are now being lifted into place at a height of 119 meters, marking a significant milestone in the tower’s vertical progression.

Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Tower C will serve as a defining landmark in Shenzhen’s rapidly developing financial district. The project broke ground in 2020 and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Once finished, the mixed-use development will encompass a gross floor area of 440,000 square meters on a site measuring 36,268 square meters.

The Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base is envisioned as a central hub for global enterprises, and Tower C plays a pivotal role in realizing that vision. With its striking form and large-scale program, the tower is set to house offices, retail, and public cultural spaces, contributing to Shenzhen’s reputation as one of China’s most dynamic urban centers.

This latest construction update highlights the rapid pace of development, with critical structural components now visibly shaping the tower’s distinctive profile.
